Lead and scale Ressio's marketing function to drive the next phase of growth. You'll own brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and customer engagement — building a qualified sales pipeline, establishing category authority in construction tech, and clearly communicating our value proposition to builders and prospects. Reporting to the CEO, you'll partner closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success to develop short-term and long-term growth strategies that drive revenue and profitability. You'll build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, bring new products and packaging to market, and establish the metrics-driven practices that scale from Series A to market leadership.

You'll build and execute the marketing engine for our sales motion to residential builders. That means crafting messaging that resonates with time-pressed, skeptical buyers who care about real ROI, not buzzwords.
Day to day, you'll develop and run campaigns across digital, content, SEO, social, email, events, and partnerships. You'll design the full customer journey from first touch through retention, create an ABM strategy with clear ICP and persona definitions, and translate technical product capabilities into compelling benefits builders actually care about.
You'll lead product marketing for new feature launches — connecting the product roadmap with go-to-market strategy. You'll own partnerships, brand strategy, core messaging, and the materials that establish Ressio as a category leader. And you'll plan Ressio’s presence at industry events like the International Builders’ Show and RessioCon.
We already have strong product-market fit and a modern platform builders love. This role is about amplifying that signal — turning happy customers into a growth flywheel, building repeatable demand gen, and positioning Ressio to win against legacy competitors like BuilderTrend.
